TGWcommand.execute error

I did know if I should post this in here, or the GWc3po forum ...

Anyway, I have the odd client getting this error;

"Exception in TGWcommand.Execute ... Access violation at address
xxxxxxxx in module GWATT1.OCX".

They get it when trying to send an email. I cannot find any information
on the net on this error and the ONLY place I could find references to
"TGWcommand.execute ..." were with the words "Delphi", "GWMapi" and
"C3PO".

Can anyone help here?

Looks like that they have misbehaved C3PO customization GWATT1.OCX(probably
written in Delphi). Try to unregister GWATT1.OCX with regsvr32.
